There Mercury, facing the battle for his life with his HIV diagnosis, leads the band to a performance that cements their legacy. Rami Malek (Mr Robot) dons the moustache as Freddie Mercury with Joseph Mazello as John Deacon, Ben Hardy as Roger Taylor and Gwilym Lee as Brian May. Ably supported by Mike Myers, Aidan Gillen and Tom Hollander.

8 miles south-east of Chesterfield; via A6175. Leave M1 exit 29, follow brown signs.

By Bus:

From Chesterfield, alight Glapwell ‘Young Vanish’, and cross the road, walk up the hill and take 1st right following signs to Rowthorne & Hardwick. Continue toward village then take 2nd right & 1st left, arriving at Rowthorne gate. Continue straight to access Hardwick Hall.

600-space car park, free parking for outdoor cinema attenders.
